INSURANCE AND PAYMENT

Do you accept insurance for counseling (therapy) sessions?

I am a contracted (in-network) provider with the following insurance plans: Tricare, Cigna, and Aetna.

I also accept Health Savings Account (HSA) and Credit Card payments for copays, deductibles and fee-for-service appointments.

SCHEDULING

How do I schedule an appointment or ask questions about beginning counseling sessions?

Please call my office at (619)549-3994. You may also send me an email using the form at the bottom of the page. Please be sure to leave your contact information (phone number and best times to call). I schedule all first time appointments via phone in order to be able to answer any questions you may have about counseling and to make sure that I am able to provide the services you need at this time.

Can I bring my baby to sessions?

Yes! If you would like to, you can bring your baby (up to 4 months) to office visits.

I am unable to come in for an office appointment (I am on bedrest/don’t have childcare/am uncomfortable leaving my infant.) Do you offer teletherapy appointments?

Yes, I offer teletherapy (video sessions) when appropriate.  Some insurance plans provide the same coverage for teletherapy as they do for in-office visits.

Do you offer any other services?

I offer workshops, trainings, project consultations, keynote/plenary talks, and webinars for community groups, schools, businesses and associations. I also offer e-courses online.
